Chad Symens - President
In addition to founding the Rainmaker Group and inventing the Accelerated Analytics point of sale data analysis service, Mr. Chad Symens has spent 11 years working for regional and global professional service firms serving as a strategic business advisor to global 1000 companies seeking to leverage technology to improve revenue performance and decrease operations costs. His experience includes project work with clients such as Pitney Bowes, Panda Restaurant Group, Quicken Loans, Motley Fool, Bliss, Carter Lumber, Sherwin-Williams, MTD Products, Key Bank, Timken, and Benefit Cosmetics.
Mr. Chad Symens has practical experience in guiding companies through complex technology and process improvement projects including front office and back office software solutions, creating and executing sales and marketing strategy, product development, branding, and sales force development. |

Mr. Chad Symens holds a Bachelors of Science in Marketing from the University of Akron, is an active public speaker and serves with many professional organizations. He has been a featured speaker at events with Microsoft on data warehousing, the Trade Promotion Management Association, National Association of Realtors, Information Technology Exhibition in Cleveland and Washington D.C., as well as the American Teleservices Association. He has served or is currently serving as a board member for the University of Akron Fisher Institute of Sales, The University of Akron Center for Information Technologies and E-Business, and the American Marketing Association.
On a personal note Mr. Chad Symens is married and has three children ages 10,7,5. He enjoys reading, and running marathons (finished 6 so far), and has frequently been accused of being a “gadget freak".

Bill Hays - Engineering Manager
|
Mr. Hays leads the Rainmaker Group engineering team of nine software engineers and database design experts. Bill's extensive experience in application and systems programming, database design, and project management makes him ideally suited as system architect and lead technical consultant for a variety of Rainmaker Group projects. With more than 20 years of experience Mr. Hays has worked with closely with companies such as Goodyear, Honda, Timken, and Bridgestone/Firestone to engineer the most cost effective solutions for high availability, highly scalable system requirements. |

Greg Reichwein - Director of Operations
|
Mr. Reichwein manages the business aspects of the Rainmaker Group and is responsible for all operations relating to on-boarding new clients, facilitating the technical implementation, and ensuring expected results.
Following 15 years business and technical experience he started his own consulting firm and has served over 100 clients in a wide array of vertical markets for over 23 years functioning comfortably in corporate, non-profit, and government environments and with all levels of management and staff. Greg’s unique combination of technical and business background makes him the ideal liaison to translate the highly technical complexities of data warehousing and analytics into actionable information with which the business users can make profitable decisions. |
